How the Paid Service works We will (for a period - depending upon the package chosen) permit Users to access questions and answers currently used in Driving Standards Agency (DSA) theory_test. If these questions or answers change, we will update the Service as soon as possible. We cannot, however, be held responsible if the DSA fails to notify us of a change to any question; for any delay in updating the Service; or if a question which is not available on the Service is asked in an actual tests. To use the Service, User needs to pay for the service. Payment is processed through third party payment gateways as per their terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate any services offered to FREE users with out any prior notice. 3. Accessibility : Operating system and browser versions Theory-test.co.uk currently supports only windows operating system (OS) and internet explorer (IE) 5.5 and later. So we have recommended to view this site on a computer with above configuration. Please make sure you can access free questions before making payment. If you are using any other OS (e.g Macintosh) or other browser (e.g. Netscape navigator) or older versions of IE, you will not be able access theory_test questions. 4. 3. Terms and conditions

Booking your DSA test with us : Our driving test booking service is available for 'Users' who wish for us to book them a DSA / DVTA theory test. 'Users' should be aware that the personal information supplied by them in the online booking form must correspond exactly with the personal information contained in the "User's" provisional driving licence. Theory-test.co.uk will not be responsible for loss or inconvenience caused as a result of the use of inaccurate details supplied by a 'User'. Your privacy is very important to us. Please read below to learn about the ways in which we use and protect your personal information. Please note that your information will be stored and processed on our computers in the -place- Oasis will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. We will pass your driving test booking details to book the test. Please read DSA's policies here https://pt.dsa.gov.uk/tests/tests_E/tt/fpn_tt.asp If theory-test.co.uk book a DSA / DVTA theory test on behalf of a 'User', to the requirements stated in the online booking form, theory-test.co.uk will endeavour to make further amendments as required by the 'User', however theory-test.co.uk will not be held responsible by the 'User' for any delay or loss of fee should the test not be altered within the cancellation or rescheduling period set by the DSA / DVTA (currently 3 clear working days) or if the 'User' fails to attend or arrives late or produces unacceptable or insufficient ID to take the test. Theory-test.co.uk is an independent company, we are not affiliated or associated to the DSA / DVTA test booking system. Consequently we charge an administration fee in addition to the DSA / DVTA test fee to cover our costs and time involved in making test bookings and alterations with the DSA / DVTA on behalf of 'Users' and to offset the costs of our service in dealing with postal notifications, e-mails, telephone calls and text messages to and from our 'Users' including dealing with licence advice and queries and obtaining cancellations with the DSA / DVTA on behalf of 'Users' and re-scheduling test appointments as necessary. The total charges for booking your theory test is the combined DSA / DVTA theory test fee and the theory-test.co.uk administration fee. DSA test fees and/or our administration fees may change, the total charges you will have to pay would be shown on the screen before making the payment If you have any doubts regarding our administration charges, please contact us before making the booking. YOU MUST AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING THE TEST THROUGH US.
