Minimum Ages And Rules For Learner Drivers And Riders

Every country as its own driving rules and regulations and the new learner driver has to follow it. The driving rules differ from each region to region. There are certain driving rules in the United Kingdom for driving. The new learner driver has an enthusiasm to ride a bike or to drive a car must have the proper age to learn driving.

Before the new learner wish to learn driving must apply for a valid provisional driving license and must be the resident of Great Britain. The vehicle they wish to drive must be road worthy and properly insured and tax. The minimum age required for the learner driver to car and motorcycle is 17 years of age and to learn moped required 16 years of age. If the learner has some special needs can learn the driving at the age of 16.

The age rules are required because the young youth is eager to learn driving but they are not ready to understand and learn the safe driving. They just want the vehicle keys to drive or ride but do not want to go for regular practice of driving test. The youth wants to enjoy the ride without safety precaution and measures. Because of this attitude there are many inexperienced drivers who are unknowingly involved in the accidents on the road. To avoid these collisions on the road the government of the United Kingdom has come up with the strict rules and regulation which has to be followed by new learner driverís, inexperienced and responsible driver. Inexperienced driver arises due to lack of regular practices and lack of knowledge about driving.

The driving age is required to start the driving but you donít require any specific age to stop the driving. You can stop your driving at any age you wish. There are no such rules to stop driving at the particular age. If the driver feels that they are not comfortable with the driving they can leave the driving from that age.
